Happy Valentine’s Day!

For this romantic day, I made for you a chocolate heart cake decorate with some pink and white roses. I was inspired by this rose heart cake that I made 4 years ago. This year, I made the flowers using polymer clay instead of sugar paste. The technique for polymer clay is a little bit different from gum paste, but both flowers are equally beautiful. However,  polymer clay flowers last forever without fading. Which one do you prefer? Polymer clay or gum paste?
