Wedding Cakes

Happy New Year, my dear friends!

I would like to show you some cakes I made last week decorated with a lot of sugar flowers.

I handcrafted more than 100 flowers to decorate this five tier cake. 

I have to tell you that I'm obsessed with these white peonies and open roses from this cake. I just loved to make them! I think they are very delicate and chic!

And this cake here was inspired by the Bas-Relief technique designed by the amazing Maggie Austin.  I just used a sugar parrot tulip to add a touch of elegance.
