Happy March, everyone! I would like to share with you some photos of this Passion Fruit Chocolate Cake I made, decorated with sugart tulips and sugar hyacinthus. Spring is my favorite season and I can't wait to see all those flowers in bloom!
This cake consists of layers of chocolate cake, filled with passion fruit dark chocolate truffle, covered with passion fruit white chocolate truffle and grated dark chocolate.
